Lodge Details

Style

A beachfront lodge with a real focus on responsible tourism, the atmosphere is calming and relaxed.

Setting

Eden Lodge is just half an hour from Nosy Be Island and is only accessible by boat.

Accommodation & Facilities

Each of the eight lodges have been built using as many sustainable materials as possible including; fallen trees, coconut leaves and local Anjanojano stone. Each is en-suite, has its own balcony and outdoor terrace with a private massage table. As the lodges are positioned directly on the white sand beaches, the stunning panoramas of Baobab Beach are completely unspoilt. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves against the shore is simply bliss.

Dining

The cuisine served at the on-site restaurant is a blend of traditional dishes from Madagascar and France. The menu is comprised of freshly caught fish, organic vegetables and exotic fruits. The restaurant is world renowned for its original and unique dishes.

Activities

There are a number of activities available for no extra charge; the water sports provided do not use an engine, which is to keep in line with the eco-tourism values of the lodge. There is also the opportunity to go snorkelling; Baobab Beach is perfect for this as there are live coral reefs just 100m from the shore and turtles are often seen swimming along the front.

Child Policy

All children are welcome at Eden Lodge.
