Accommodation & Facilities
The lodge boasts 5 comfortable rooms complete with 10 beds in total. Rooms have huge windows that lookout onto breath-taking views across glaciers and fjords. The lodge is basic as the focus here is on fully experiencing the Arctic. With no running water, drinking water is sourced from meltwater runoff from the nearby Nordenskiöld glacier. There is also an indoor toilet for guests to use.
All meals are available at the lodge are prepared in the wood oven by the onsite host. You can expect a hearty breakfast, a two-course dinner of traditional Norwegian fayre, and an expedition lunch whilst out in the wilderness. Specific dietary requirements can be catered for as long as they are given plenty of notice. Enjoy these delicious meals overlooking the spectacular Nordenskiöld glacier and don’t be too surprised if you get an unexpected visitor peer through the windows!

Prepare to be astounded by the stunning and dramatic natural landscapes that will continually greet you on your travels; snow-capped peaks, frozen fjords and imposing glaciers are consistently within reach. Although never guaranteed, Arctic wildlife is never far away; seals, whales, Arctic foxes and even the mighty polar bear have been spotted in close proximity to the lodge.
