Explore the stunning west coast of Svalbard aboard the M/S Polarfront for this special June departure, exclusive to 12 passengers, this intimate ship charter focuses on sightings of the amazing polar bear and other Arctic wildlife of Svalbard.
Polarfront will sail through the ice, heading north and west in search of pack ice and wildlife. This trip ensures that wildlife opportunities are at the forefront, with access to two zodiacs on the ship to make landings across the Archipelagos.
With weather and ice conditions permitting, sail into the Bay of the Cross to witness glaciers falling into the sea, step off onto the shores of Magdalen Bay, a 10km long fjord surrounded by alpine peaks, where you will begin your hike to the great glacier, come face-to-face with the breath-taking Monaco Glacier, observe Svalbard's rich history and spectacular landscapes at Smeerenburg fjord and hike to beautiful panoramas over King's Bay.
