Each of the traditional style rondavels have their own en-suite bathroom complete with flushing toilets and plenty of hot water for whenever you need a shower or bath. Each rondavel has its own private veranda which is the perfect spot to return to for a sundowner and to reflect on your exciting day of exploring.

All meals are included at Wasa Lodge. Dinner times in the evening are often carried out in a communal setting which is a great opportunity for sharing your adventures with your fellow travellers.

The primary focus at the Wasa Lodge is upon the magnificent flora and fauna which can be found within the Kasanka National Park. Therefore, game drives and trekking is top of the agenda; you will be accompanied by your expert guide with thorough knowledge of the local area. The Fibwe hide is just a 15 minute drive (or 2 hour walk) away and is excellent for spotting puku, hippo and sometimes sitatunga. In October you can witness the incredible bat migration which reaches up to 8 million straw-coloured fruit bats as they feast on the fruits of the area.
