Accommodation & Facilities
Accommodation here is extremely luxurious, in fact there is nothing standard about your stay here at all. Each of the rooms and houses is named after the local villages and has a unique position on the island, commanding spectacular views and great access to the lake. Standard rooms each have private decks and direct access to the lake, these are in varying distances from the main bar area. 2 of the family houses have 1 double and 1 twin/triple room, with fantastic outside decks/chill areas. The 3 premium rooms are for those who would like a little more luxury, located on a rocky knoll with 360 degree views of the island or even on your own private island! These all have private plunge or infinity pools and at least 1 private deck! The 2 houses are incredibly private, with 2 bedrooms, sitting rooms and plunge pools, perfect for couples. The most recent addition is Ndomo Point House, with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite, a family kitchen, 5 terraces, a study, pool and a private section of the beach.
The restaurant and bar are split into multi-level decks and have lots of seating and comfy places to relax. The bar is close to the water offering great views especially at sunset. There is even a beach bar and business centre.
Dining
Food is delicious and simple international cuisine cooked by locals who were trained by professional international chefs. Dinner is served at your very own surprise table, on the deck, beach or maybe the restaurant.
Activities
Included in your stay are lots of activities and equipment. Mountain bikes are provided and it is well worth either cycling or walking around the island. The water is fantastic for snorkelling and your mask and snorkel will be provided. As well as this there is the opportunity for kayaking, windsurfing and sailing!
At an additional cost you may also wish to take part in some water sports, such as wakeboarding, waterskiing and knee boarding. There is a dive centre on the island for those who wish to take part in a PADI dive, as well as a qualified sailing instructor and water ski instructor.
Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome and there are special family homes catering for them.
