Setting

The Jaguar Ecological Reserve is one of the southernmost eco-tourism lodges along the Transpantaneira, located towards Porto Jofre. The remote location offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the Pantanal wetlands at its most pristine.

Accommodation & facilities

The Jaguar Lodge offers nine guest rooms, with a total of eighteen single beds. All rooms have air-conditioning and are furnished with a private bath, mosquito nets, fan and porch with hammocks. A generator and solar panels are used for electricity, and hot water is available daily.

Dining

Meals are served in the intimate restaurant, where guests can savour the indigenous cuisine and enjoy warm, Brazilian hospitality.

Activities

The Jaguar Lodge is an ideal starting point for commencing jaguar safaris and boat tours in Porto Jofre.
