Luxurious safari accommodation.

Accommodation & Facilities
Each of the 8 thatched chalets is circular, with a very warm and authentic African feel. There is a large queen sized bed and a lounge area, as well as a mini bar, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms are peppered with carvings and artifacts, and you will also find an en-suite bathroom with a clever shower that’s designed to look like a tree. The honeymooners suite is rectangular, with sliding glass doors in front of the bed, letting in the stunning views. The main area is curved and has a nicely manicured lawn. Inside you will find the reception, dining room and a large lounge with a bar.
Due to the high risk of dangerous animals in the area, there are ‘panic buttons’ in the rooms.
Dining
Usually you would stay here full board and the food is not only delicious, but well presented.
Activities
The main attractions are the big cats of the AfriCat Foundation and there are lots of activities you can enjoy, getting you closer to these beautiful animals. You can also do guided or self-guided walks around Okonjima or do some birding.
