M/Y Grace

About the M/Y Grace, Galapagos Islands

As elegant and beautiful as the name suggests, the M/Y Grace has traversed the world’s wild waters under many names during her existence. Now named after her most recent owner, Her Serene Highness Princess Grace of Monaco, it is the ideal vessel for true explorers looking for sublime accommodations and excellent service.

With room for just 18 passengers, the M/V Grace offers one naturalist guide per 9 guests on full capacity, so you are guaranteed a personal and intimate experience, gaining a wealthy knowledge of these exciting islands.

The yacht is very comfortable, with an interior that seems to be more akin to a luxury boutique hotel than a ship.

M/Y Grace Details

Style

A very special, iconic yacht with a luxurious, boutique hotel-like interior and an intimate atmosphere. This yacht is shrouded in history, so we have added a quick, but fantastic, video to the right hand side of this page to give you an overview.

Setting

Itineraries start on Baltra Island or San Cristobal and explore some of the most beautiful, wildlife-rich areas of the Galapagos Islands.

Accommodation & Facilities

There are 2 master suites, 2 twin suites and 5 premium staterooms, each with private facilities, individual climate controls, safes and lots of storage space for your clothing. Private bathroom facilities include hairdryers, amenities and lots of space for anything you bring along with you.

Aboard the Grace you will also find a main lounge area with a bar, equipped with a TV/video and stereo system. There is an indoor and outdoor dining area so you can take your pick, and the sundeck has plenty of space to relax in the open air alongside the bar. At the front of the boat you will also find the sun chairs and a Jacuzzi, the perfect spot for some relaxation.

Dining

All your meals aboard will be included, served buffet style. A variety of cuisine will be available, as well as tropical fruits and special menus for vegetarians or other dietary requests.

Activities

Sea kayaks, snorkelling gear and wetsuits are available on board and you will have ample opportunities to enjoy these activities throughout your trip. Snorkelling is always a favourite in the Galapagos and requires no previous experience to be thoroughly enjoyed; you may even be able to snorkel with playful sea lions, marine iguanas or green sea turtles! Dinghy rides are available for rides along the cliffs or shores, a great way to see the incredible landscapes. Walks and hikes along stunning beaches, across lava fields and through mangrove estuaries are a great way to experience up close encounters with the wildlife, and snap some stunning photographs.

Child Policy

Family expeditions are available where you will have specialist child-orientated guides and activities, as well as menus.
