Accommodation & Facilities
Each of the 32 rooms preserves the spirit of the colonial stately home and winery, having been extensively renovated. The original furnishings and details were preserves and can be seen around the hotel, from the loom-woven carpets, to the oven-baked clay tiles. Rooms have views either over the gardens or the vineyards and are adorned with original furnishings, as well as modern amenities, such as a TV, mini bar and individual climate control.
Room service is available and there is Wi-Fi access in all rooms. The wine spa successfully promotes health and relaxation with a range of face and body treatments, using products such as cactus, carob tree and the skin of grapes.
The swimming pool is heated.
Cuisine is prepared using fresh, local ingredients – using recipes that have been passed down through the generations. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are a la carte and all breads/pastries are home made.
There are lots of places to explore within the town of Cafayate, from the cathedral and Rodolfo Museum, to the Museum of Vine and Wine and the Culture House. Tour the wineries via foot and horseback or stroll through the artisan shops. There is an 18 hole golf course 5 minutes from the hotel.
