Accommodation & Facilities

The rooms are separated into two wings. The older wing, the Bustillo Wing, houses everything from Economy to the Presidential Suite, with 162 rooms, 11 studios and 12 suites. All overlooking the Moreno and Nahuel Huapi Lakes as well as the Cerro Lopez Mountain, this wing has spectacular views with al the warmth you could expect from a mountain hotel. The Lago Moreno Wing was built in 2007 and has 43 deluxe studios and suites with views to Lake Moreno and Mt. Tronador. This wing, which blends classical Llao Llao style with modern Patagonian design, is connected to the other via a panoramic bridge. All rooms, suites and studios have a mini bar, phone, cable TV and a free laundry service as standard.

Every morning there is a buffet breakfast and each evening has a happy hour. Guests have free use of the Health club and Fitness Centre, where nature and technology blend perfectly to create a range of delicate and relaxing treatments.

The Lobby Bar is the ideal spot to sip a cocktail or glass of champagne in the evenings and there are plenty of options when it comes to cuisine…


When it comes to the food here, you are spoilt for choice with no less than 6 kitchens to choose from. Chose from gourmet international cuisine, dine in the stunning Winter Garden where there are spectacular views through oversized windows or relax with a choice of delicate soups and salads in the Moreno Lake Lounge. There is also the option of Room Service 24 hours a day and a child menu.


Outdoor activities available include Mountain biking, canoeing, windsurfing, trekking, golf classes, rappelling or rope crossing and archery. Of course walks around there area are stunning and can be done with a guide for spectacular insight into the area and vary from easy to complex routes. During the winter months, the slopes glisten with snow as it spreads down the mountain. Passes, rental, transfer and instructors are available from the hotel.

There is a kids club for ages 3 to 12 which operates daily from 11am to 6pm and Ayenhue Baby Care for young babies at extra cost (0 – 3 months).
