Fly in to 'Africa's greatest wildlife reserve' to explore the Masai Mara Reserve during the Great Migration – one of the most renown wildlife spectacles on earth. This camp is located just minutes from a crossing point, to give you the best possible to chance to witness a spectacular river crossing, as massive Nile crocodiles lie in wait to rise up from the waters as the Wildebeest thunder through.
Experience a totally different side of the Masai Mara as you transfer to a private conservancy where the vehicle numbers are restricted for a much for intimate wildlife viewing experience. Lookout for Cheetah, giraffe, topis and warthog amongst the many other species you’ll find here.


Upon arrival in Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and transferred to Nairobi Wilson Airport for your flight to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your camp to settle in. In the afternoon, experience your first exciting game drive out.
Accommodation: Naibor Camp
You’ll be staying a camp overlooking the Talek river, close to a crossing point. During your two nights here (if staying from mid-July to October) you’ll be in the midst of the Great Migration. You’ll head out for twice daily game drives hoping to witness the thrilling spectacle of thousands of wildebeest thundering into the river as crocodile wait patiently beneath the surface.
Accommodation: Naibor Camp
Today you’ll head away from the jostling jeeps of the main Mara Reserve and head overland into the Mara North Conservancy. Here you’ll enjoy a more intimate wildlife viewing experience as the vehicle numbers here are restricted.
Accommodation: Kicheche Mara
You’ll enjoy twice daily game drives, or if you explore the conservancy on foot on a guided bush walk, along the way you may find a horn or hoof, a leftover lunch from the big cats. The grasslands are home to grants gazelle, eland, impala, and topi, so you’ll often find lion, cheetah and leopard close by.
Accommodation: Kicheche Mara
You may have time for one final wildlife activity in the morning depending on your flight time, as you say farewell to the beautiful plains of the Masai Mara and take light aircraft flight to Nairobi. From here you’ll be transferred to the international airport for your journey home.

Rolling savannah hills cut through dark green riverine forest areas, making this the perfect habitat for a whole host of wildlife, and the rich grasslands support the herds. Their arrival means a time of plenty for the big cats, and you are almost guaranteed some action.
