Journey to one of the most remote and wildlife-rich regions of the Canadian Arctic, where the frozen sea meets open water in a phenomenon known as the Floe Edge, often called the "Line of Life".
Each spring, thousands of narwhal migrate through Admiralty Inlet, gathering along the edge of the sea ice as they make their way north. This remarkable spectacle attracts an abundance of Arctic wildlife, from beluga whales and ringed seals to seabirds and the occasional polar bear.
Travelling alongside expert Inuit guides, you'll cross vast frozen landscapes by traditional qamutik sled, stay in a comfortable expedition camp on the sea ice, and spend your days immersed in one of the last great wildernesses on Earth. With opportunities for wildlife viewing, photography, kayaking and snorkelling among the sea ice, this is one of the most authentic Arctic wildlife experiences available.
