The luxurious Aria Amazon cruises the northern parts of the Amazon in Peru and provides extreme levels of comfort and service to its guests - custom built in 2010 for those exact reasons. There are 16 oversized suites accommodating up to 32 guests plus the crew, including a paramedic and four English-speaking naturalist guides. There are 4 interconnecting suites for families.

Activities include night trips to see the Caimans and monkey & dolphin expeditions in the Pacaya Samiria Reserve, exploring & fishing in the Amazon, as well as city tours of Iquitos.


Cruises are a minimum of 3 days, and there is so much to see and explore here.

Setting

Somewhere on the north of the Amazon…suites are all outward facing so wherever you are, the scenery is guaranteed to be stunning and exhilarating!

Accommodation & Facilities

Suites are all incredibly spacious at 250 square feet with floor to ceiling windows for optimum views at all times! There are 8 design suites on the first deck and 8 design suites on the second deck.

Facilities on board include an indoor and outdoor covered lounge, an indoor bar, an outdoor jacuzzi, an exercise room, massage room, boutique and a generous observation deck.

Dining

Aboard the ship there is culinary excellence, creating a fine dining experience in the middle of the Amazon. Food has influences from Europe and Peru and fine South American wines are served for optimum experiences for guests. Dietary requirements must be stated well in advance due to the remoteness of the location.

Activities

The Aria Amazon has 3 comfortable expedition skiffs onboard for excursions to shore, each seating up to 8 passengers. Activities will depend on your chosen itinerary; however they include visits to local villages and cultures, night trips to see the caimans and monkey and dolphin expeditions in Pacaya Samiria Reserve, jungle walks and fishing trips. Cruises start in Iquitos or Nauta and explore lots of the Amazon’s main tributaries, wildlife and scenery. There is a big difference on your activities depending on whether you are visiting during the wet and dry season, so do contact us for more details.
