The restaurant has white stone walls, decorated with art and trinkets, with large windows letting in the spectacular landscapes. There is also a Cavern bar where guests can recall the stories of the day over a crackling fire.
Dining
Three meals are served per day, for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. There is everything from light meals and sandwiches to Ecuadorian soups and sweet deserts.

There are a variety of activities and destinations to visit. There is easy access to the lakes of San Pablo, Cuicocha and Mojanda, the white colonial city of Ibarra and local handicraft villages such as Cotacachi. There are some fantastic places for horse riding and mountain bikes for rent, as well as some demanding hiking opportunities around the lakes and Cascada de Peguche (waterfalls).
