Setting
The history of the mansion dates back to the time of the Inca’s, now situated on a plot that housed an Inca Temple. Shrouded in Ecuador’s fascinating history, it is located in the historic district of Quito, easily accessible from the airport.
Accommodation & Facilities
Rooms and suites are splayed across three floors, in varying sizes and shapes. Ceilings are tall drawing in the sunlight and décor features a combination of bits and bobs from the history of the property. Rooms are all air conditioned and sound-proofed, each en-suite with beautiful bathrooms, most of which have a separate shower and bathtub. Accommodations each have Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV. Of the 31 rooms, there are 21 luxury, 8 plaza view, 1 junior suite, 1 balcony junior suite and 2 suites.
The terrace on the third floor has wonderful views to the Old Town and there is a glass-roofed patio that is wonderful for relaxing. The restaurant in on the ground floor and features a ceiling mural by contemporary Ecuadorian artist, Lucia Falconi.
