About Explora Rapa Nui, Easter Island

Built to minimise environmental impact without sacrificing luxury or authenticity, Explora Rapa Nui was constructed in a spot unfit for agricultural use, with no architectural remains. Rocks were excavated and used as a base and wood was brought over from the mainland, about 3,700km away, over the world’s most transparent waters.

Approachable from any angle, with no front or back, internally it is lit by a series of interlinking skylights that follow the path of the sun, illuminating its guests.

Accommodation & Facilities

The 30 rooms and suites are sleekly designed to make the most of the space, promoting privacy and peace for some much needed relaxation between activities.
