About Katharina

The 38-metre Katharina was built in 1995 in Kalimantan. Originally planned for use as a commercial freighter, her simple lines and sleek structure make for a beautifully designed boat, sitting low in the water. Operated by a crew of twelve and well-equipped, she is perfect for a more than comfortable stay at sea.

Since being completely refitted in 2014, Katharina maintains the authenticity of a mighty seafaring traditional ship. Katharina is a very sleek and elegant ship both inside and out on the water.
