Setting
Located on the outskirts of Corbett National Park, the lodge is in a remote location surrounded by forest, and is frequented by wild boar and other curious wildlife.
Accommodation & Facilities
The lodge has 12 cottages, including four Luxury Cottages and eight Premium Luxury Cottages, all of which feature a bedroom, lounge and ensuite bathroom. Rooms are comfortable and stylishly decorated with vibrant fabrics and local handicrafts, with large French windows looking out over the surrounding landscapes. Each cottage also has a private veranda with plunge pool and a window directly over the bed through which guests can observe the night sky. Premium cottages also feature a star bed on the roof, allowing you fall asleep under the stars.
The lodge has an onsite spa offering treatments and massages, which can also be arranged in the comfort of your own cottage.
Dining
Paatlidun has its own restaurant and bar, serving up cuisine influenced by the Kumaon culture and prepared using organic produce grown in the lodge’s garden. Guests can also enjoy a bush dinner al fresco around a large campfire.
Activities
The main activities at the lodge are excursions and jeep safaris into Corbett National Park, joining a naturalist guide as you search for wildlife including Bengal tigers, leopards, elephants and abundant birdlife. You can also go on a nature walk around the lodge, visit the local village or in-house museum to learn about the culture and history of the region.
