Setting
From July to October the camp is situated in the near the Mara River of the Lamai Wedge area of the Serengeti National Park; as winter approaches the camp moves South with the migration.

Each of the nine wood-and-canvas tented suites within the camp are en-suite with their own flushing toilet and hot bucket shower (refilled upon request). The canvas rooms are beautifully furnished and all have either double or twin beds; during the night you can hear the buzz of the surrounding game.
There are two communal tents in the centre of the camp - one of which is used during meals. Kimondo camp also has an open fire pit which is extremely popular with the guests especially to share stories over a sundowner. There is a laundry service available at the camp.

Dinner is more formal and consists of three courses; it takes place around a large communal table where you can trade stories about the amazing flora and fauna you have witnessed throughout the day.
