Setting

Directly opposite Camps Bay Beach, nestled between the palm fringed beach and the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range. The Bay is about 25 kilometres from Cape Town International Airport, about a 30 minute drive.

Accommodation & Facilities

There is a range of rooms & suites available. All accommodation strongly features natural elements, with beautiful wooden furnishings and lamp bases made from stone. Rooms and suites are split into different categories, depending on their view, mountain, ocean or pool, and their level of space, getting more and more luxurious until you reach the Penthouse. All rooms and suites have a personal bar, separate bath and shower and air-conditioning, as well as heating, glorious beds and a private entrance lobby. Accommodation even has a pillow service to suit everyone’s bed time needs.

You will have access to the Mint Wellness Spa heat facilities (steam room and sauna), as well as the in house gym, tennis and squash facilities. There is also a computer station with internet access. The main pool is surrounded by decking where you can enjoy drinks, there is also two cabana pools with sea views and the Sandy B Private Beach Club pool.

Dining

Breakfast is served daily in the Tides Restaurant with windows overlooking the Camps Bay beach front. There is also a deli, the Sandy B Beach Club and the Traders bar and cigar lounge.

Activities

The Bay Hotel is perfectly locates to enjoy the romance of Camps Bay and Cape Town. Relax on the beautiful Camps Bay Beach, the intimate Glen Beach and Clifton Beach – or even take a champagne yacht cruise from the waterfront. In Pieter Toerien’s Theatre you will find a great mix of local and international shows and the trendy promenade is excellent for cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars and more. In Cape Town itself, there is Table Mountain, Lion’s Head and the V&A Waterfront, as well as some fantastic shopping. You can also visit Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, world famous for its astounding beauty.
