Shipwreck Lodge

An Eco Escape

Designed to resemble the shipwrecks that line the hauntingly beautiful Skeleton Coast, this camp's style is unique.

Shipwreck Lodge is the only lodge inside the Skeleton Coast National Park. Venture into this wilderness as you pass over extraordinary lunar-like sand formations, with expert guides that take you into remote areas where it feels pristine and uncharted; silent yet intriguingly powerful.

Surrounded by vulnerable wildlife, including the black rhino, elephant, black-faced impala and the Hartmann’s Mountain zebra.

The ten cabins have been styled to look like the shipwrecks dotted along the coast. Connected by wooden walkways and sand paths, the innovatively designed lounge and restaurant has a wide deck and uninterrupted views all the way to the Atlantic Ocean.
