About Casa Pestagua

Initially owned by the 18th century Count of Pestagua, from which it gained its name, the Casa Pestagua hotel features some very impressive architecture within its colourful walls. Archways lead you through intimate courtyards where tall palms shelter you from the sun and fountains keep the air cool.

Staying on the spacious grounds truly feels like a privilege; the service is personal, the atmosphere completely tranquil and the rooms immense in size and elegantly furnished.

The large rooms exude elegance from under their tall ceilings, with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. Some rooms are in colonial, republican and art deco styles and feature antique furnishings, by contrast, others are surprisingly modern, but no less charming. All of the rooms feature air conditioning, TV’s and a safe as well as Wi-Fi, mini bar, bathrobe and slippers, however accommodation comes under three sections; Luxury Rooms, Extra Luxury Rooms and Grande Suites. Extra Luxury rooms are larger than the Luxury Rooms and have a separate lounge area; the Grande Suites are about 82 metres square and about 6 metres high!

The refreshing pool is surrounded by tropical plants, with plenty of room in the sun or shade to relax on a sun lounger.
