El Faro Escandinavo

About El Faro Escandinavo

As most head to the Galapagos Islands, the beaches of Ecuador have remained relatively unexplored by travellers. Just 20 miles south of Manta, a short walk from a cloud forest inhabited by howler monkeys, you will find one of the most beautiful beaches, and it is here you will find El Faro Escandinavo.

Translated to ‘The Scandinavian Lighthouse’, the main focus of the hotel is the pure white lighthouse, and between June and October you can often observe humpback whales from the top.

This is a relaxing beach front hotel, with simple and relaxing décor and many optional excursions during your stay.
