Job Overview

We are on the hunt for an administration genius. Someone with excellent Excel / Word / Outlook skills, the ability to learn fast, and an eye for design. This role will encompass supporting our small communications department with a huge array of different jobs, from creating reports in our database, and grammar checking website content, to assisting our Managing Director as and when needed, and putting together travel folders.

This is a very varied role and you can expect each day to be very different to the last; learning new skills as you go. Really, we are looking for someone who really wants to learn, is happy to take on any challenges, and give them their best.

Salary: 16-18k

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

The role is mainly to support our back-office and Managing Director day to day, helping with administration, as well as design, writing, and more. You will need to become a resource for knowledge in the office, learning our systems inside and out!

Knowledge & Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft; including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience with InDesign and Photoshop would be a plus, but not essential as we will train you
  • Ability to learn fast and keen to learn
  • Good handwriting skills
  • Passion for wildlife and travel
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Flair for design
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • GCSE Maths + English
