Setting
Close to the Pacific Coast where mile upon mile of sandy beach proudly stretches along the water line. The hotel is just 45 minutes from Lima’s Jorge Chaivez International Airport and 2 blocks from the beautiful Parque Kennedy.
Accommodation & Facilities
Each of the rooms and suites features contemporary clean lines, rich dark woods, large windows, air conditioning and heating. There is also LCD flat screen TV’s with cable in each, as well as state of the art IP phone systems, sound proofing cancelling out 100% of the outside noise and a coffee maker and supplies. Beds are top quality and use fine linens, en-suite bathrooms feature marble with bath tubs and hairdryers in each and there is also a writing desk/breakfast table. There are 39 Traditional Rooms, with all of the above, which feature Peruvian artwork on the walls and are about 26m² in area. The 91 Superior rooms are similar, but with larger beds and more space at a 38m². There are 15 Suites (52m²) which feature a separate sitting area and Super King beds. The Senior Suites are similar (63m²), but with an added Jacuzzi, dry sauna and personal bilingual butler service. There is just one Imperial Suite at a huge 120m², with amazing views of Lima extending to the ocean. This suite features 2 full size bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchenette and bar, personal dry sauna, round marble Jacuzzi tub, a walk in wardrobe and of course, a personal bilingual butler service!
There is also a covered pool with an open air terrace, 2 restaurants, a bar, salon, full business centre and a gift store. Other facilities include 24 hour room service, a cash machine (ATM), parking, a gym, laundry service and medical assistance.
Dining
The hotel features a restaurant, called ‘Alma’ featuring gourmet, artistic cuisine; both Local Limeno and Peruvian. There is also a coffee shop, ‘Sama’ featuring a travel theme with maps, guidebooks, travel magazines, videos and photos.
Activities
There is plenty to do in the area, miles of beaches stretch along the coast, there is great place to eat and drink, as well as shop. There are city tours done here to so you can find out more about the heritage and the cultural side of things.
