An elegant, opulent and spacious villa with just 3 rooms.
Elevated above the beautiful town of Knysna, just a five minute drive from the town centre.
Accommodation & Facilities
There are just three bedrooms in the entire villa, each incredibly spacious, with en-suite bathrooms. The room on the top level has a reading corner and private balcony overlooking the town and the lagoon, with huge picture windows on two sides. On the lower level there are two bedrooms, each beautifully appointed with magnificent windows with close up views of the trees and birdlife, set right withing the forest canopy.
The living areas are all on the middle floor, open plan to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with top of the range amenities and the fridge will be stocked with complimentary refreshing drinks and beers. There is also a dining area that extends into a lounge, then a second lounge has the TV and DVD player for chilling out in the evenings with the family.
The villa is fully serviced, breakfast is served every morning and the staff will give you advice on what to do and where to go during the day – making all the necessary arrangements for you.
The kitchen appliances are modern and easy to use, so you can make delicious meals throughout the day. A full breakfast is served in the mornings to get you going, then it is up to you. There are plenty of nice restaurants if you don’t fancy cooking in the evenings. The villa is also available on a self catered arrangement (without breakfast).
The staff are happy to advise and even book any activities you wish during your stay. Your staff will be Mark, Chris and Samantha, of Kanonkop House. Mark is a fully qualified skipper and can arrange a range of water-sports, from wake-boarding to water-skiing (and tuition if required). You can also go fishing on the lagoon on a motor boat, enjoy a sunset cruise on a speed boat or make use of the double and single canoes. There are mountain bikes as well if you would like to explore one of the forest reserves.
