Luxurious and spacious safari accommodation.

The Grand African Villa is about 10 kilometres from Okonjima Main Camp and Bush Camp, 48 kilometres south of Otjiwarongo on the B1, with stunning views of the natural waterhole.

Accommodation & Facilities

There are 2 separate, private suites and a main house – where you will find the two en-suite bedrooms. Together, the whole ‘villa’ can accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children and is usually reserved for the use of groups. The 2 stylish thatched suites are located either side of the main house and have air-conditioning, fans and heating, as well as en-suite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers. The 2 en-suite rooms are luxuriously accommodated with indoor and outdoor showers, with an added bath with a view. All rooms have glass-panelled doors that fold away for spectacular panoramas.

Within the main house you will also find a spacious lounge and dining area and a chef designed kitchen. There is also a wonderful infinity pool, surrounded on three sides by African red teak decking, with a shady sala for napping in the afternoon.

There is a chef on hand to cook for you.

You will have a dedicated guide and vehicle for exclusive activities. You can enjoy a guided drive, learn about the lifestyle of the original people here, or explore the ranch on your own. You can also enjoy a night drive to spot nocturnal animals, including honey badgers and porcupines. The big cats are the main attraction here and being the base for the AfriCat Foundation, there are plenty of feline activities to take part in where you may get close to these beautiful creatures.
