Traditional tented accommodation, with an added luxurious twist
About 10 kilometres from the Von Lindequist gate to Etosha National Park.
Accommodation & FacilitiesEach of the 16 tents has been custom made using canvas, wood and local limestone and floor to ceiling windows welcome in the spectacular outdoors, as well as a private veranda. Floors are made from brushed cement, keeping the tents airy and cool and all tents are en-suite with large bathrooms, including a shower with views of the bush. Some tents come with a sleeper couch suitable for two children. Rooms all have coffee making facilities, a safe, mosquito net, socket, hair dryer and floor fan. Décor has been kept simple, but with a good attention to detail (even the mosquito nets are adorned with little buttons) and light comes from lamps that look just like lanterns.
The main area is thatched and houses a lounge, bar and dining area.
Meals are usually served outside on the veranda.
The focus is really on Etosha National Park, where you can enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, or travel independently.
